1.      Standing Committee for the Efficiency and Quality of Prosecutor’s Offices

2.      Standing Committee for the Efficiency and Quality of Courts

3.      Standing Committee for Legislation

4.      Standing Committee for Education and Judicial Documentation

5.      Standing Committee for Judicial and Prosecutorial Ethics, Integrity, and Accountability

6.      Standing Committee for Test Procedures, Structured Interviews, and Improving Appointment Procedures

Note:
In accordance with Article 17, paragraph (5) of the Rules of Procedure of the HJPC BiH and Article 8, paragraph (2) of the Decision on the Appointment of Members of Standing Committees No. 08-07-2-398-2/2021 dated 18 March 2021, if a member of a standing committee’s mandate as a Council member expires or is otherwise terminated, the newly elected Council member who replaces them shall assume their place in the standing committee.
